Reactive Engineering offers a choice of asset management processes, each tailored to the Clients specific requirements. Because of our Engineering bias, we comfortably integrate with the Clients personnel and systems from the initial deployment stages through to the final removal and demolition on site. Over the last 2 decades, we have been retained by Multi-national entities and private Companies in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Scoping

For best results, Reactive Engineering likes to be involved early in the process to define time lines, sales and geographical constraints, site specific requirements, review and identify OH and S issues and to minimize the level of Client involvement.

Appraisal

We can undertake a comprehensive appraisal and valuation of your site or sites, in conjunction with your engineers and accountants, to identify reusable assets for inter company transfer, or for the disposal of surplus assets. Our key objective is to maximize the return on the assets employed, through either redeployment, or retirement of the assets.

Documentation

We catalogue and document the technical specifications digitally, in our proprietary information management system, to assist with transferring the assets internally or for external disposal.

Sale of Assets

Reactive Engineering can buy the surplus assets outright or should the Client wish, we can dispose of the redundant assets on your behalf. The goods can be presented for sale via tender, auction, or by negotiation.

We have at our disposal, one of the most extensive customer databases in Australasia, comprising prequalified buyers, dealers and end users. Using a balance of traditional mediums and modern technology, we are able to rapidly access these purchasers. Reactive Engineering has a number of overseas associates, in Europe, the Americas and Asia, whom assist us in globally placing equipment.

Asset Transfer

Our technically qualified personnel, assist with the management of the asset transfer, to minimize the financial and safety risk exposure to both the Client and ourselves. We insist on safe work practices in the removal and loading of the equipment, and ensure that all funds are collected prior to any removal.
